To match you with compatible profiles based on your preferences.
To send email and push notifications about requests and account activity.
To verify your identity and prevent fake profiles.
To process payments and referral rewards.

3. தகவல் தெரிவுநிலை · Information Visibility

பதிவு செய்யாதவர்கள் — See only gender, job, and country. No personal details.
பதிவு செய்தவர்கள் — See full profile details and jaathagam. Not name or email.
வேண்டுகோள் ஏற்றபிறகு — Photo and phone number become visible to that specific person only.
Your name and email are never visible to any other user at any time.

4. புகைப்பட பாதுகாப்பு · Photo Security

அனைத்து புகைப்படங்களும் நீர்க்குறி (watermark) மூலம் பாதுகாக்கப்படுகின்றன. All photos are served with a watermark containing the viewer's profile ID. This allows us to trace and take action if photos are shared without permission. Unauthorised sharing of profile photos is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

5. தரவு சேமிப்பு · Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in a cPanel environment. We use password hashing, session security, and prepared SQL statements to protect your information. Uploaded photos and jaathagam images are stored in a protected directory on our server.

6. Cookies மற்றும் Sessions

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are essential for the service to function and are not used for advertising or tracking. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. உங்கள் உரிமைகள் · Your Rights

மாற்றம் கோருங்கள் — Request changes to your profile via the "Request Change" button.
சுயவிவரம் நீக்குங்கள் — Delete your profile yourself using "Marriage Fixed" or contact admin.
தரவு கோருங்கள் — Request a copy of your stored data by contacting admin@yalmangalyam.com.
தடை செய்யுங்கள் — Block any user who contacts you inappropriately.
புகார் செய்யுங்கள் — Report any profile for review by our admin team.

8. கணக்கு நீக்கம் · Account Deletion

நீங்கள் உங்கள் சுயவிவரத்தை "திருமணம் நிச்சயிக்கப்பட்டது" விருப்பம் மூலம் நீக்கலாம். அல்லது admin@yalmangalyam.com க்கு மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்பி கோரலாம்.
You can delete your account using the "Marriage Fixed" option in your profile, or by emailing admin@yalmangalyam.com. All your data will be permanently removed within 7 days of the request.

9. குழந்தைகளின் தனியுரிமை · Children's Privacy

Yaal Mangalyam is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware of such an account, it will be immediately removed.
